Since the 17th century, the de Montmollin family has perpetuated the tradition of vine-growing and the production of excellent vintages.

In 2017, Benoit and his sister Rachel, representing the 4th generation, took over the running of the estate.

They cultivate and manage an estate of almost 50 hectares, cultivated according to the precepts of biodynamic viticulture, making it one of the largest winegrowing operations in the canton of Neuchâtel.

As in the past, they devote all their energies to perpetuating the tradition of their wines in a family spirit.

Quality, fruity bouquet, finesse and roundness are at the heart of their quest to accompany the finest dishes, with the ultimate aim of ….le plaisir.
