The wine watchmakers

Back in 1964, Grillette was one of the first estates in Switzerland to plant the Chardonnay grape variety. It was obvious for us to follow in the footsteps of the pioneers of the time. Chardonnay was followed by Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet franc.

As pioneers of authentic, high-quality wines and followers of rigorous attention to detail, from the outset we have developed a mentality worthy of that of the great watchmakers and watchmaking manufactures. With the 2005 vintage, we continue our quest for authenticity by presenting an exclusive Grillette Cru parcellaire from a 100% pure grape variety.

The primary objective of Grillette Domaine De Cressier is to produce top-of-the-range wines from world-renowned grape varieties. We want to prove that Swiss wines also deserve a prominent place on the world wine map.

Our specific aim is to be able to offer our different Grillette vintages to gourmets, gourmets and wine lovers for the pure pleasure of their palate.
