To follow your late afternoon tastings in the Canton’s various wine cellars: Enjoy the Assiette du Chef at CHF 28 (Fondue au Mauler with a glass of Non Filtré).
Château de Boudry offers you entry to the Vine and Wine Museum, with a small competition.
The Draw will take place at the end of the evening, and will reward the winner.

After Caves Ouvertes in the village of Auvernier
The association des artisans, commerçants & amis d’Auvernier (aacaa) organizes a convivial space to prolong the experience at the heart of the festival.
In the square at the bottom of the village, you’ll find a food (grilled meats) and wine stand, as well as tables to set up. Concert by Fanfare l’Avenir. Starting at 7:00 p.m., a “bœufrie” is planned with beef cooking by Cinq Sens, and local wine sales, followed by a concert.
