Caves de la Ville

In the 1940s, the City of Neuchâtel moved its cellars into the outbuildings of Alexandre DuPeyrou’s palace. The cellars and wine cellars took up residence in the north courtyard of the Hôtel DuPeyrou, which has since become a gastronomic mecca. It’s in this historic mid-18th-century setting that visitors are invited to taste wine preserved in “authentic Neuchâtel bottles”.
