The oldest wine cooperative in the canton and the perfect example of a dynamic, local structure. More than thirty grape growers, bound by their love of the Béroch region, make up the company’s wealth of experience. In La Béroche, on around 50 hectares of clay-limestone soil, they cultivate their vines with passion and expertise.
Weekend program
Friday and Saturday – a convivial area where you can share a drink after the tasting, with complimentary local platters
Saturday noon – foodtruck Chez Gaston Sàrl, roast chicken and potatoes
