Domaine Saint-Sébaste

Domaine Saint-Sébaste is a family estate founded in 1954 and now run by Élodie Kuntzer, representative of the third generation.

Demeter-certified since 2015, the estate is cultivated biodynamically: no synthetic products are used in the vineyard. In the cellar, natural yeasts and indigenous bacteria are used to produce more complex wines, with reduced sulfite content. The wines are made from pure grape varieties, without blending, to fully reveal the fruit, elegance and minerality of the vineyard’s terroir.

This year, we’re lucky enough to welcome artist Ange Violent, who will create a personalized label directly on the bottle of wine you choose. You’ll be able to take home an original creation, made especially for you, as a souvenir of Caves 2026.
